All their food is made in-house with an emphasis on tasty home cooked food.

Berry Pomeroy Castle is tucked away in a deep wooded valley, and is the perfect romantic ruin with a colourful and intriguing history to discover! A reputedly haunted ruins to explore amongst the woods and rocky outcrops of Berry Pomeroy.

The location of the castle makes it ideal for walkers who can explore the nearby beautiful woodland or you can enjoy a light lunch, home made cake or restorative cup of tea in the cafe. Within a short drive are Totnes Castle and Dartmouth Castle, making it an ideal day out

Dartmouth – historic naval town and harbour. Dartmouth is home to a wealth of culture, heritage, art, and historic architecture. Dartmouth attractions include National Trust and English Heritage properties that are in the town and surrounding area, as well as beautiful stately homes and gardens that can be explored at your leisure.

The History and Heritage in Dartmouth means there are castles, forts, museums and historical sites to be enjoyed at any time of the year or in any weather.

South Devon Railway – journey through a beautiful and unspoilt countryside overflowing with wildlife at the South Devon Railway – the line runs for 7 miles from Buckfastleigh to Totnes, along the stunning valley of the river Dart, with a backdrop of beautiful Devonshire hills.

There is plenty to see at both ends of the track, and trains also stop at Steverton, which has some stunning riverside walks to the nearby village.

Stunning Salcombe – the jewel of the South Hams coastline. 

Sheltered on the stunning Kingsbridge Estuary within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Salcombe is a chic and charming resort in South Devon. This unique area of moorland is one of the remaining areas of Britain that is truly wild, full of stunning views, wooded valleys, rivers and tors it is a magical and relaxing place to be.

Dartmoor is full of history and heritage to explore, with records for this part of Devon going back to Neolithic times.
